3 Class Intro To Yoga Workshop

3 Class Intro To Yoga Workshop

Just like anything unfamiliar to us, yoga can be a scary thing to try.

Yoga is widely practiced around the world because it helps our total well- being. It improves flexibility, perfects posture, increases muscular and cardiovascular strength, elevates mood, improves balance and creates healthy habits.

For most people, yoga conjures up images of young, athletic, hip women and men bending into impossible positions. Although it can be difficult to see yourself having the ability to practice yoga, it is for everyone regardless of age, physical condition or flexibility.

Everyone deserves a chance to feel good.

Our three-week course is for absolute beginners. Feel comfortable learning and asking questions in a small group atmosphere.

This Intro to Yoga course is available to New Members Only. For $35.00 you will be in a small group class once a week for three weeks. This is a $60.00 value!

Yamas & Niyamas Workshop

Yamas & Niyamas Workshop

Often described as ‘ethical practices’, ‘moral codes’, or ‘ways of right living’, the Yamas and Niyamas are the foundation for our yoga practice. They are the first two of the Eight Limbs of Yoga, and through these precepts of social discipline (Yamas) and individual discipline (Niyamas), they serve as guides on our path to transformation.
In this workshop, Franchesca Stoyer will introduce you to these fundamental guidelines of yogic living and help you discover how you can apply these practices to your daily lives so you can live your yoga beyond the four corners of your mat.

Cost: $55
