Join Rachel Lynn and Chloé Ravel for a unique Aroma Yoga Flow experience that combines essential oils with the yoga practice. Essential oils can be used to enhance our yoga practice by promoting deeper breathing, focus, and relaxation. Each essential oil can have different properties such as uplifting or calming, stimulating or soothing.
We will begin with an invigorating and uplifting combination of scents, as we flow through yoga poses that enliven and simulate the body, mind and spirit. Next, we use grounding essential oils to tap into balance and focus. As practice comes to an end, we will settle into softer / more relaxing poses, enhanced by soothing oils. The yoga portion will end as you melt into a yummy Savasana, complimented by sound healing.
Following our Aroma Yoga Flow, we will dive deeper into learning about doTERRA Essential Oils with a discussion based class to cover other ways oils can be used to support your physical, mental and emotional health.
