Since the age of 8 Gabi has been involved in the world of fitness, when she began Tae Kwon Do. By the age of 12 she was studying Ballet, and by 19 she started to offer personal training. Gabi always had a love affair with movement. During her years as an architecture student, she found myself joking that "my anxiety has anxiety”. Then, she found yoga! Calming the mind has been the most rewarding part of her journey so far. When she finally found the right yoga instructor (Paty Renda), she understood the full extent of yoga, and her relationship with it evolved.

Gabi soon found herself in a 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training. As time passed, she felt increasingly joyful. Once, she even caught herself feeling relaxed during the middle of finals week, and that's when she knew yoga was going to be a huge part of her life. She plunged into the process of discovering how to use her mind rather than letting it control her life. This process has, among other things, instilled in her the practice of gratitude.
