Val came to yoga for the physical benefits and found a place to disconnect from everyday stress. From graduating college, following the path of a corporate career, and later relocating to start her next chapter, her mat continues to be a place to recharge and stay grounded.  She believes yoga is for everyone and in 2014 became a RYT-200 through CorePower Yoga. Val loves a strong vinyasa flow, and using breath to find meditation in movement. To expand her knowledge of yoga, Val recently completed 24 hours of training in Vedic Thai Yoga Bodywork.
